After falling down the waterfall, head left or right. 
bulletStay out of the light to get past the detection robot.

bulletMany mines. Shoot (no target lock) the metal crate into the defense mine. 
bulletTarget lock to the left side of the wall, and shoot.
bulletHead into the opening at once.
bulletIf you can shoot again, you may clear the way completely.
bulletIf not, just jump over the next mine and take the hit for the last one.
bulletDock.  
bulletGo to the barred door. HH action button x 2.

bulletLeft turn, jump up the ladder next to the blue laser barrier.

bulletShoot the door button (or the guard) when the guard isn’t looking.

bulletThis is probably one of the most difficult passages in the game. Better slowly than dead!
bulletStart rolling along the upper walkway until the camera angle changes. 
bulletDrop down, and crouch.
bulletRoll x2 at 45 degree SE to behind the pipe,
bulletchange direction, roll x2-3/crawl to get behind the 1st pillar,
bulletchange direction, roll x1-2/crawl to get behind the second pillar.
bulletIf you’re fast enough you can do all that in a single uninterrupted run without a reaction from the guards. 
bulletCheck the guard at the exit door.
bulletAs soon as he’s not looking your way, you can stand up and run or simply keep rolling to pass behind him.
bulletBe careful not to touch him, or you’re toast.

bulletPush the crate on the elevator.
bulletGo down. Kick the electric box and grab the fuse.
bulletJump up the box and go back to the main walkway.

bulletShoot the one guard that is walking by; the 2nd and 3rd as they come to help.

bulletPlace the fuse in the receptacle and push the button to open the crawlspace. Roll through. Go right past the area with moving boxes.

bulletRepeated HH action button to freeze the stingrays in place while you charge up the super-attack. 
bulletPause HH to let them come closer to you for maximum damage when you fire. Repeat as needed. 
bulletJump up to the electric barrier.
bulletHH action button to shut it off.
bulletJump up all the way and go to the next room.

After you leave the Central Hall at the end of this mission, it is possible for you to retrace your steps back into this room by going back up the ladder in the first room.
