My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are My ways your ways,
For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are My ways and thoughts higher than yours,
             Higher than yours.   

The battle is in your mind,
So, if you’ll set it on Me,
I’ll keep you in perfect peace.
By my Spirit dwelling in you,
You have the mind of Christ,
              The mind of Christ.   

Set your mind on things above,
Not on the things of the earth.
Stop struggling,
            Let it all go,
All that you gain,
Will be more than you lose,
           More than you lose.   		 My thoughts are not your thoughts,
Nor are My ways your ways,
For as the heavens are higher than the earth,
So are My ways and thoughts higher than yours,
               Higher than yours.
You must no longer walk
In the futility of your mind
Separated
           From the life of God
You have not so learned Christ-
Be renewed in the spirit of your mind,
          In the spirit of your mind.
