Forbid not the little children
To come to Me.
Their little hearts are full of love
My kingdom they can see.
Unless you become a little child
You shall never enter in;
A little child, so meek and mild.
Their hearts are free from sin.
A child it was on that distant shore,
Gave Jesus all he had
Jesus took two fish and the little loaves
And made it so much more. |
The way shall dwell with the little lamb
The leopard shall be down with the kid.
The calf and the young lion shall live in peace,
And a little child shall lead them on.
Each little one who lives here below
Has a special angel all his own.
They have a very precious job:
They look upon the face of God.
Sometimes Jesus calls a special one
He says: “This child is Mine.
And everywhere that we shall go,
In him you’ll see Me shine.” |
