I've been able to obtain celeriac only 3 times since I started this cookbook in 2013.
That has limited me in what I could do to them and each time I've tried to prepare it in as many different ways as I could with what little I had. These are the various ways I have prepared celeriac so far. Follow the links to the respective recipes.
Last time I had some, I prepared it 5 different ways to see what we liked best. The soup was the winner for both of us. The diced in béchamel 2nd for Marielos, the grated raw with mayo 2nd. for me.
