INGREDIENTS
This is what you need for 4 servings:
- 1 lb. cleaned celeriac root
- 2 cups stock
- S&P
- lime juice
various dates

This is the start of all my cooked celeriac recipes so far and it mirrors the celeriac soup recipe, at your option with or without the celery and/or potatoes.
There are other ways of course: you can also roast, bake, sauté and stuff it with or in other things, but I haven't had the opportunity to try those yet.
