deep-fried sausage


This one is not included in my Sausage Cooking Methods page. I tried this only once as an experiment after I read about Frikandel Sausages, just to see how deep-fried sausages would taste. The experiment was completed. I found the deep-fried sausage rather greasy and dry. I probably won't do this again, but if you like them, you're more than welcome to do this.


This is what you need for per servings:

  • 1-2 links of your favorite sausage
  • deep-fryer
