Belgian pancakes

Belgian pancakes are quite different from the thick spongy American pancakes.
French crêpes are again something else.

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for 6-8 pancakes = 2-3 servings:

  • 250 g all-purpose flour
    optional use 50% whole wheat
  • 1/2 liter milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • butter as needed
