INGREDIENTS
This is what you need for 2 servings:
- 1/4 lb. baby spinach
- 1/4 lb. other leafy greens e.g. lettuce mix
various dates
I regularly buy the lettuces and baby spinach 'spring mix' (Pic1) at the local grocery stores; often with extra baby spinach separately. Spinach is one of the many leafy vegetables that I use for tossed salads.
You can add just about anything else you'd care to eat with leafy greens.
