Mahi Mahi


 aka Dorado aka Dolphin Fish This popular fish is only available frozen here in the desert.

Dorado's white flesh is firm and mild-tasting, one of the better fish for seafood stews. My cooking method of choice was a combination of oven-baked and broiled.


This is what you need for 2 servings:

  • 12-16 oz dorado (thawed)
  • S&P
  • condiments of your choice
    I used spicy 'Old Bay'
