No meat mix recipe here. These were store-bought meatballs.

Yes, I confess. I did try factory-prepared meatballs this one time. I wasn't very impressed and decided I'll make my own again in the future. I still have the other half of that package in the freezer though ...

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for 4 servings:

20 small meatballs
store-bought, no ingredient list
up to 4 cups Aurora Sauce

Directions

Pic2: sauté
Pic3: simmer
Pic4: serve

Pan-fry the meatballs until golden-brown.
Meanwhile, prepare Aurora Sauce as per recipe.
