I was looking for chicken gizzards, didn't find those, but ran into these at the local walmart.
I find them a bit overpriced at $2/lb. but on the other hand, they were already meticulously cleaned which made things a lot easier to handle.
Boiled chicken feet taste very similar to pig's feet with considerably less meat. Refrying them shifts the taste towards roast chicken. The meat should be soft, but still holding together, not falling apart like zombie chicken feet.
Chicken feet must be boiled first. Do not try to fry raw chicken feet. They will be inedible.
