OR 1 sachet tamarindo soup mix - 1 lb. Oriental stir-fry vegetable mix
- 2 lbs. beef tongue, cooked, sliced with broth

Yesterday’s beef tongue, reheated in a base of tamarindo paste and oriental stir-fry veggies.
Unlike tamarindo seafood soup, this is a meat-based soup. Quite different, yet also quite delicious.

If the beef tongue has been cooked in the tamarindo soup long enough, it will absorb some of the tamarindo flavor and assume a reddish color.
