pasta-water Egg drop soup

This is the same recipe as potato egg drop soup, but with a different base.

I usually season pasta water with salt and Knorr or Maggi chicken bouillon for extra flavor.
No extra seasoning needed for this recipe.

This is what you need for 4 servings:

Pic1: pasta-water egg drop soup

Pic2: pasta cooking liquid
Pic3: 2 eggs
Pic4: beat lightly

Pic5: pour into pasta water
Pic6: heat slowly
Pic7: beginning to curdle

Stir eggs into pasta water.
- If liquid is boiling, eggs will curdle immediately, making long stringy curdles.
- If liquid is luke warm and heated slowly, curdles will be tiny, as shown in picture.
Heat slowly.
Eggs will curdle when warm enough.
Serve and enjoy.
