INGREDIENTS
This is what you need for 2 servings:
- 1 cup white rice
 - 2-3 roma tomatoes
 - 1 tbsp. tomato powder 
or 1 small can tomato paste - 1/2 onion, chopped
 - 1 green bell pepper, chopped
 - S&P
 - seasoning of your choice
I used Creole seasoning and tomato powder 
optional:
- vermicelli / fideo pasta, 
broken into small pieces
