(pan-fried) zucchini stoemp


Potatoes mashed with zucchinis. Simple, delicious.

I used zucchinis cooked in soup. The stoemp was quite wet and needed to be dried. The quickest way is pan-frying, but it can be slower over low heat too.


This is what you need for 4 servings:

  • 1 lb. potatoes, peeled, diced
  • 1 lb. zucchinis, cooked
  • S&P, nutmeg

b. ribeye steak with zucchini stoemp

The stoemp does of course not stand alone. I served this with broiled ribeye steak and vegetables from the same zucchini soup with onions, potatoes that I used to make the stoemp.
