- 1 lb. nopales, cleaned, sliced
- 2 large potatoes, sliced thin
ham & cheese béchamel sauce
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 2 cups milk ½ lb.
- Swiss cheese, chopped
- ½ lb. ham, chopped

A very nice combination that I have never seen in Mexico.
This is the same recipe as endive and/or leek with ham & cheese béchamel; the only difference between these three is he main vegetable.
