beef with béchamel tortelloni


This is a bit of a hybrid recipe, something I would normally prepare with ground meat, but I had some 1-minute chuck steak that needed to be cooked, so I used that instead. The outcome is somewhat similar to stroganoff pasta.


This is what you need for # servings:

  • 1 lb tortelloni
    (here: spinach & ricotta cheese)
  • 2 cups béchamel sauce
  • 1 lb 1-minute chuck steak, cut smallish
  • S&P, spices
