mango guacamole salsa


Refreshing, sweet, with jitomate instead of tomatillo. The potatoes add bulk, but almost no flavor.

Similar to guacamole salsa, this is a lot wetter than guacamole. That can be improved upon by adding more avocado, or by deseeding / juicing the tomato.


This is what you need for 2 servings:

  • 1 red mango
  • 2 medium/large avocados
  • 1 plum tomato
  • 1-2 small new-harvest potatoes,
    fully cooked
  • S&P
  • tortilla chips

Later that evening. Problem with adding tomatoes is that it gets soggy after sitting for a while.

Presentation may not be much, but they were good to eat.
