This is an easy sauce for garlic lovers.

Think mayo with loads of garlic.
Think No-egg Aioli, but made with cream instead of oil.


This is what you need for 2 cups:

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 10 cloves garlic
  • 2 egg yolks
  • S&P
