scrambled eggs with ground meat

Ground meat, diced potatoes and eggs for a hefty breakfast or dinner. It didn't have much color, but it tasted A-OK.

This is what you need for 2 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup ground meat
    beef, pork or mix
  • 1 cup potatoes, cooked, diced
  • S&P


  • Beat all ingredients into the eggs in a dish.
  • Preheat pan with olive oil.
  • Stir-fry meat and potatoes first.
  • When nearly done, pour the eggs over them.
  • To get a creamy omelet, cook on low heat and stir constantly.
  • If you like your omelet dry, use higher heat and only stir occasionally.
  • Serve immediately. Enjoy.
