quiche florentine with ham


Quiche is a savory dish consisting of pastry crust filled with eggs, milk or cream, and cheese, meat, seafood or vegetables. Quiche can be served hot or cold. It is part of French cuisine but is also popular in other countries, particularly as party food.

Quiche florentine is made with spinach. I have added ham also.


This is what you need for 4-6 servings:

  • 4-6 eggs
  • spiral ham ends, chopped small
  • ½-1 cup milk
  • 1 cup cheese grated (Swiss, …)
  • 1 cup leaf spinach, chopped, cooked, drained
  • S&P


  • 1 pie crust
    preferably unsweetened
