deviled eggs x2

I occasionally try for deviled eggs when I have a lot of extra eggs in the fridge, so far not with great success. I always seem to add too much of the sauce, and the outcome is semi- to 3/4 liquid. It needs to be much dryer.

A. deviled eggs, served with ham & baked beans

This one is probably the best result ever, piped with a pastry bag, and still looking like it 15 minutes later.

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for 2 servings:

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 ham steak, chopped
  • 1 small can baked beans

b. with bologna

I added bologna in an attempt to 'spice up' the eggs a bit. Again, the mixture was too wet to keep its shape.
