baked eggs with sauce

Eggs with Sauce are eggs that are baked in a shallow dish or ramekin with a bit of cream and a small amount of thick sauce. The eggs are the biggest ingredient, and without the baking, they won't get cooked. These are quickly prepared as part of breakfast or as a snack.

Don't forget the cream! It helps to avoid burning the eggs. (Pic4)

This seems to be the main group of baked eggs recipes, but essentially they are all variations on the same theme.
