Swiss baked eggs

As far as I could determine, this has nothing to do with the Swiss kitchen. Swiss cheese is the name the US of A gives to its imitation Emmental cheese.

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for 2 servings:

  • butter
  • Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
  • 4 eggs
  • S&P
  • heavy cream
