shrimp with mojo de ajo


Mojo de ajo is a Mexican / Caribbean sauce based on garlic, bitter oranges and vinegar. That may not be to everyone's taste.


This is what you need per serving:

  • 1/3 lb. XL shrimp, tail-on
  • mojo de ajo sauce
  •  1 large flour tortilla
  • S&P
  • 1 cup pepperjack or other melting cheese.

It does NOT have to be this sauce, or any sauce. Use any cheese combination you like for fondue.
