shrimp Alfredo with a vegetable twist


This is a quick recipe, ideal for when you have unexpected guests. All ingredients are frozen and/or ready-made. Just mix together and heat through.


This is what you need for 4 servings:

  • 1 lb. salad shrimp
  • ½ lb. refrigerated or cooked fettuccini
  • 1 lb. Normandy mix vegetables
  • 2 cups Alfredo Sauce
    or 1 small jar ready-made
  • olive oil
  • S&P
