Another day, another salmon. Nothing really new here, other than that the frozen sliced mushrooms at Walmart aren't worth buying. They have very little flavor, almost as if they've already been boiled to make a mushroom broth.

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for 2 servings:

  • sockeye salmon fillet, 1+ lbs.
  • 2 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 1 lb. Brussels sprouts
  • 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
  • S&P
