This is what you need for 3 servings:
- 1 lb. salmon, cooked
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 cup non-pareil capers
- onion & bell pepper mix, chopped small
- 1 lb. mixed vegetables
- 1/2 lb. large shrimp, cooked
- S&P, seasoning
