salmon burgers, mixed vegetables with shrimp

I made these with the leftovers of the salmon I cooked a few days ago.

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for 3 servings:

  • 1 lb. salmon, cooked
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • 1/2 cup non-pareil capers
  • onion & bell pepper mix, chopped small
  • 1 lb. mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 lb. large shrimp, cooked
  • S&P, seasoning
