mussels with crayfish and shrimp


All ingredients were pre-cooked and frozen. I bought the mussels and crayfish in El Paso, TX a few weeks ago. That's the end of them until I go that direction again. If you can get this fresh, all the better for you. I consider myself lucky to have found these where and when I did.

If using pre-cooked frozen shellfish, you probably won't have to add any extra seasoning.


This is what you need for 2 servings:

  • 2 lbs. frozen mussels
  • 1 ½ lbs. whole crayfish
  • 1 lb. shrimp
  • 1 lb. Normandy mix vegetables

Since everything except the veggies is already cooked, all this takes is a good warming-through.
