Spare ribs with BBQ sauce, teriyaki stir-fry

A rack of spare ribs from the belly area is usually bigger than baby back ribs that come from closer to the loin. They have cartilage and tend to be less meaty and fattier than baby back ribs. They are also about half the price/lb. Whatever the differences, it still is finger-licking good!

The teriyaki vegetable mix from Wal-Mart certainly was a disappointment. This used to be at least half vegetables, now it is like 95% noodles with just a few pieces of carrots. I added a bag of snap pea stir-fry mix to get a more balanced mix.
