pig's feet in lamb's broth


This is another recycling project. I combined slightly-used lamb’s ribs and broth with pig's feet. The lamb’s broth gave the dish that delicious lamb flavor that is not normally associated with pork.

Give it a try when you have some extra lamb’s broth.


This is what you need for 2 servings:

  • 4 pig’s feet
  • 2 cups lamb’s broth
