butterflied leg of lamb with spicy mushrooms


I’ll take a nice lamb’s roast over the most expensive beef cut anytime. But that is my personal taste of course.


This is what you need for 6-8 servings:

  • 2 ½ lbs. butterflied leg of lamb,
  • S&P, spices of your choice

seasoned salad:

  • 1/2 lb. baby spinach
  • 1/2 lb. lettuce mix
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • garlic mayo / balsamic vinaigrette

spicy mushrooms:

  • 1 cup. nacho jalapeños
  • 1 lb. button mushrooms, sliced
