meatloaf with bell peppers and raisins

I had some leftover ground meat, and made a small meatloaf, just the one ramekin.

 

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for 4+ servings:

  • 1/2 lb. ground meat of your choice
  • 1 cup raisins, soaked
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar, grated
  • 1 large green bell pepper, roasted, peeled
  • S&P
  • 1-2 tbsp. jalapeño honey mustard
  • 1-2 tbsp. jam of your choice
    I used peaches
  • spices of your choice
