Stuffed Cabbage

2016-09-04

This recipe is similar to Stuffed Bell Peppers and Stuffed Tomatoes. The main difference is the vegetable that wraps the meat. Yet, because of the unique taste of those vegetables, each dish ends up being quite different from the others. Stuffed cabbage is very popular in Eastern Europe and the Middle East.

You can do the same thing with lettuce, bok choy or any other edible large-leaf vegetable.
