INGREDIENTS
This is what you need for 2 servings:
- 1/2 lb. ground meat (beef, pork, or mix)
- 1 cup onion & bell pepper mix
- 1 cup grated melting cheese
- S&P, spices
- 1 cup soubise sauce

This ground meat mix was originally made for stuffed cucumbers. I always make extra for meatballs in the soup. I pan-fry the meatballs before adding them to the soup, and I also reserve a few for a separate meal.
