duck in pineapple habanero sauce


A sweet and delicious combination, even better than chicken Hawaiian. This bottle came from Sam’s Club, but it shouldn’t be too hard to make this sauce at home.

The sugar in the sauce will burn at high temperatures. Keep the temperature low until almost done, or add the sauce late.


This is what you need for 2 servings:

  • legs and wings of
    1 parted Pekin duck, 4-6 lbs.
  • up to 2 cups pineapple habanero sauce
  • S&P spices
