wine-braised chicken with zucchinis

Not bad at all.

Unless you want soup chicken, make sure that you pan-fry the chicken dark-brown before adding wine for braising. It results in less broth, but better flavor.

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for 4 servings:

  • 4 chicken thighs or legs
  • 4 medium green/grey zucchinis
  • 2 cups white wine
  • S&P
  • seasoning

optional:

  • green chile
