Chicken meat is canned preferably with some bones, but without any added water. All that liquid in those jars came from the meat, and that's a whopper of a strong chicken stock. See Part 8 - Other Things for more details on canning chicken.

Pour. Heat. Eat.
- Canned chicken is extremely tender. Do not stir too vigorously if you don't want it to fall apart.
- Make it fall apart to get pulled chicken meat.
Refry pulled chicken meat for delicious tacos or enchiladas.
- Use the liquid to make sauce or soup.
