I wasn't able to tell the difference between beef and bison burgers, but I can with lamburgers. Boy oh boy, could I ever! Some of those packages taste as strong as a billy goat smells.

A. my Half-pounder Lamburger

I don’t often eat burgers, but when I do, I prefer to make them myself. So much better than fast food.
This one was BIG and simply delicious.

This is what you need for 2 servings:

  • ½ lb. ground lamb
  • 1 egg
  • 1 hoagie or similar sandwich bread
  • jalapeño jam
  • lettuce a.o. vegetables of choice
  • S&P
  • condiments of choice

B. Cheesy lamburger

Very similar to the bison burger, but this one very much had the typical lamb flavor and smell. You really have to love lamb to eat this: the lamb flavor is VERY dominant, much stronger than any lamb's roast or steak I've ever eaten. Marielos didn't care for that strong meat, so half of it became Lamb Meatloaf, which of course still had the same issues.
