INGREDIENTS
This is what you need for 2 servings:
- 4 corn tortillas
- olive oil
- 
										2 cups tomato sauce
 OR 2 lbs. fresh plum tomatoes, stewed down
- beef tongue, sliced
- S&P, seasoning of your choice
							aka tacos de lengua, a very popular item with Mexican street vendors.
These tacos are usually made with small corn tortillas, and can be served soft or deep-fried.
