ribeye steak, potatoes with tomato sauce

2020-10-12

I've been back to Peppers a few times already. There are very few #Covidiots nowadays who refuse to wear a facemask, at least inside the store. I always go in and out as quick as I can, still I'm glad it's not such a problem as it used to be.

I like their meat so much better than Wal-Mart's. Today I even bought a very thick bone-in ribeye steak, a cut I used to stay away from as too expensive, but today they were cheaper than Walmart and so much nicer quality too. Compares to this extra-tender steak, Wal-Mart meat is like a densely-compacted brick. And our dog Missy was very happy with that rib bone that I gave her afterwards.

I didn't take 'before' pictures.
The 'after' pictures don't really do it justice after I drowned it in tomato sauce, but it's all I can show you.

Compare with ribeye steak with potatoes in tomato sauce, tomato.
