green chile ribeye steak


Going all New Mexican today.

Marielos doesn't care for spicy food. She had her steak without the green chile.

Small sweet potatoes only take about 20 minutes oven time. I started them 5-10 minutes before the steaks and added the steaks midway when I turned the sweet potatoes.


This is what you need for each serving:

  • 1 ribeye steak
  • 1 cup green chile, chopped, fully cooked
  • S&P, seasoning

the rest of the meal:

  • 1-2 small sweet potatoes
  • 1-2 cups canned fruit
