beef heart stew with bami noodles

Egg noodles are different from regular wheat pasta. It has to be boiled like pasta, but is intended to be stir-fried in oil after boiling.

Adding it to stews works just fine for me, and the combination with beef heart stew is amazingly satisfying.
I have done that twice already, likely with more repeats in the future.

I do not recommend mixing the spinach into the stew.
Visual appeal is not good. Better flavor contrast when separate.

I broke the noodles before boiling. They were all tangled up the box and I couldn't halve the package without breaking the noodles in smaller pieces.
