Today was a good day to clean out all those leftovers in the refrigerator again. I combined leftovers from:
- yesterdays soup (see above)
- chicken enchiladas / chicken ragout in puff pastry shells
- small red pork roast
Unless you decide to follow my recipes in chronological order, it will be highly unlikely that you'll ever get the same combination. The purpose of this recipe is to demonstrate that it doesn't much matter what you put in the soup. If you liked the original recipes, you'll probably also like the soup you get from combining those leftovers. The trick is to just warm through the soup that you still get flavor-variations. Boil the soup too long, and it will all taste the same.
