green vegetable soup

This was a bit unusual for me. I don’t often make green soup from that many different green vegetables. It was a lot easier when I still had my vegetable garden and could just pull them and bring them in. They might not have looked as nice as the store-bought stuff, but they always tasted great.

INGREDIENTS

This is what you need for 4 servings:

  • 2 lbs. edible green leaves mix
  • S&P
  • optional:
    • chicken stock, bouillon, leg
