tomato soup with green chile


and with peas & carrots, and home-grown tomatoes—that always reminds me of John Denver's beautiful little song. :-) The remainder came out of my freezer stock.


This is what you need for 4 quarts / 8 servings:

  • 4 lbs. tomatoes
  • 1 lb. peas & carrots mix
  • 1 lb. green chile, chopped
  • S&P
