tomatillo soup with celery


This is another simple recipe. The celery changes the flavor enough to make this very different from the Cream of Tomatillo Soup recipe. Different, yet quite delicious.


This is what I used for 2 servings:

  • 2 lb. tomatillo
  • 1 lb. chicken leg
  • 4 celery stalks, cut to 2”
  • S&P
