This is a rather unusual treat for me. I had never even seen lamb stock recipes until I started looking for them after I made this. People in sheep country will be very familiar with this; but lamb is often hard to find and rather expensive in small-town America, too expensive for making soup.


This is what you need for 1 quart:

  • 1 package lamb’s breast
  • olive oil
  • garlic
  • S&P 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp chipotle powder
  • 2 tbsp dried parsley
