lamburger soup


The only unusual ingredient in this soup is the lamb’s meat and that only because it is not often available in my small-town grocery store. People from sheep country probably make this quite often.

Be warned: the typical lamb flavor comes through quite strongly.


This is what you need for # servings:

  • ½ lb. ground lamb
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • up to 1 lb. vegetables
    here: California mix = cauliflower, broccoli, carrots
  • S&P spices of choice
