Curried Clam Chowder


This is one of those few times I have used canned soup in my recipes for lack of a better alternative. After all, canned clam chowder is readily available, but good clams are hard to find in the desert.


This is what you need for 2 servings:

  • 4 cups Clam Chowder
  • 8 oz. shrimp, thawed
  • 8 oz. straw mushrooms
  • curry powder
  • S&P
